Why can't people just admit when they are wrong? Why lie? Why keep pretending something didn't happen that did?

My Friends Are Mean.

I know several people who are currently at the Redskins/49ers football game here in town. They are all calling me, texting me, etc. to rub it in.

What will I be doing today? Working.

I'm tired. I miss my kids - I hate when my schedule gets messed up. I keep telling myself, just one more day, then I'm off until Wednesday. Then, I will have off all next weekend (provided I don't get scheduled Sunday, which I SHOULDN'T. Rumor has it they are alternating Sundays for us).

I haven't sat down and watched a football game in what feels like forever. Oh well, I can watch this game for another hour, then I have to get in the shower and get ready for work.

A Great Sentiment

Man, do I love my new tat!!!! Yes, of course, it's an homage to Coldplay, but still, it's a great phrase and very meaningful. I had it done around my chinese symbol (which is 3 years old now) meaning "mother". I figure I can always look at it when I'm down and realize that because of my children, there is always hope.

Yup, I Rock

Hit my all-time high at The Pot on Saturday night - $220.00. Sweet. I wasn't even supposed to work that night, but Randy called and asked me to work. Dave said ok, so I did and woo hoo!!!

So far, we have $2,000 in the Disney fund. I'm so excited - this is going to be so much fun!!!

All my test results came back great. The doctor and I decided to give weight loss a try before going to hormones. I'd rather not have to take hormones.

I ran a little today, it's been a while, so I'm taking it easy. I will increase a little each day.

Dave's going camping tomorrow for the weekend. So just me and the kids for the weekend - that should be fun haha.

I picked up the kids' Halloween costumes - I'm glad I got them early. Now, I have to start thinking about Christmas!!!

Somebody likes me...

Coldplay's touring the US again in the Spring. There is talk of another album coming out next year and then yet another tour in 2007.

I could pee my pants from the excitement. I hope they come to a closer venue this time around. I wish they would hurry up and announce the dates. I'm not sure I can wait much longer now that I've gotten a taste for them live.

In other news, we've decided to take a big family trip to Disney for Spring Break next year. I'm very excited about it. It's time to start socking away the money so that we can be sure that we have a great time. I want to go all out for this one. It's our reward for paying off all of our credit cards :) Can't wait, it will be a blast.

Have I Mentioned I Love Coldplay?

The concert was last night. It was everything I could have hoped for. Just amazing and incredible. They sang every song that I wanted to hear, even a few that I was hoping to hear, but didn't think they would. They put on such a great show. Chris Martin is a fantastic frontman.

It was such a simple concert - not a lot of effects and such. They did have a large screen behind them that projected different shots of them performing (and some other things like bears and stuff hahaha). I'm in awe of them, they are fantastic.

I can't wait to see them again some time. This was the last night of their tour. Guess I'll have to wait a few years.
